We’re all discovering a path towards freedom. We learn that we are no longer alone, and find comfort and support through the power of the group. Going to meetings helps us to manage anxiety. Sharing our feelings in the group is healing and allows us to put our experience into perspective.
Together we explore challenges and solutions. We are encouraged to interact and “do life together” outside of the meetings. Reach out to a newcomer. Ask another in the group to be a sponsor if you need help following through in a specific area you’re working on.
